A rental agreement will be sent to you and must be signed before check-in details are provided.

No parties or events are allowed.

We are a no-pets property; however, dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and require a pet fee. Please send an inquiry before booking.

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 24 years old.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations for guests with a negative rental history. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

For safety and property protection, we have a doorbell camera and one camera on each side of the house. Cameras record continuously.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for reservations made between July and November (hurricane season). Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of booking your reservation. Please note that any claims must be handled directly by you through Rental Guardian.

A security deposit of $300 is required and will automatically be scheduled upon booking. Two days before the stay starts, a hold will be placed on the credit card provided to book the stay. If, at the end of the rental period, the rental property is returned undamaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Security Deposit hold will be released in full.
